Romans 2:1-11 "God's Righteous Judgment Revealed"

Paul shifts in Chapter 2 to address the moral person who does not reflect the Godless and unrighteous person of Chapter 1, and yet still the moral person needs salvation. Good works does not save, and Paul will call the conscience to the witness stand to testify against the moralist.
