Are you that child? The one trying to improve The Master's work with a crayon? Today, Pastor Marc reminds us that salvation is by grace and not by our works. We nullify God's gift when we treat it as though it were simply a loan, one that we can pay back. We’re incapable of paying God back or of improving on His masterpiece. Jesus freely died for our sins. He doesn't require us to pay Him back. Let's not disrespect Jesus by trying to pay Him back for restoring us to a right relationship with our Heavenly Father.
